Overview
Sacyr Construcción and UCC were awarded the contract to Design and Build the infrastructure for QEZ-1 in 2015. This contract includes all roads and landscaping for the Ras Bufontas Economic Zone.
Covering an area of approximately 4.1 km2; it is designed as a Logistic Centre for advanced technologies and is now substantially complete.
